This involved a 3 months rural-based intensive program for 7 Canadian and 7 Ugandan University students doing STEM courses. It was focused on; cultural exchange, entrepreneurship, innovation and research. ADEGCO as the program host was responsible for; Selection and preparation of 7 host families, 7 motorcycle riders (Boda bodas), local stakeholder identification & mobilization, organizing a community welcome ceremony, training venue, guidance and mentorship support to the fellow and community penetration and entry to the field for research.
